Welcome to the reset night of your dreams. Our Yin Yoga & Cacao evenings are a deeply restorative evening, the perfect Friday event to cleanse away the week, reset the body and mind, and get you feeling calm and centred for your weekend ahead. This is an all levels/beginner friendly practice, if you're not familiar with Yin - it's a super gentle, slow and soft practice that doesn't require a lot of physical exertion or output. If you're new to Yoga or meditation, this is a great place to start. If you're a seasoned yogi, there's still a lot to gain from the softness of this practice - sometimes the challenge comes in stillness!
What do you get?
Restorative Yin Yoga practice (approximately 75 minutes)
Props and equipment provided
Mats provided (you can still bring your own if you prefer or like to you use 2 for comfort)
Powerful guided breathwork practice

What do you need to bring?
Cosy comfortable clothing, this is a slow flow practice but the space is warm and cozy so layers are a good idea
Togs and a towel if you plan to swim
Optional journal
Optional yoga mat if you prefer to use your own (these are provided)
A blanket if you prefer to use your own, however we do have some provided.
This practice is welcome to anyone and everyone, yin is also a very beginner friendly physical practice open to all levels. If you are pregnant or do have an injury you're currently managing, please just reach out before attending so we can ensure you're experience is the best it can be.
