Step into a cozy, nurturing space for a 75-minute class that blends Yin Yoga and Sound Bath, offering deep rest and renewal in a women-only environment.
We’ll begin with grounding, floor-based Yin postures held gently for longer periods. These poses help release stored tension, soften tight fascia, and calm the nervous system, perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
You’ll then settle into stillness for a soothing Sound Bath. Crystal bowls and therapeutic vibrations create a meditative soundscape designed to ease stress, balance emotions, and guide you into a state of inner harmony.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow this calming blend of movement and sound to restore your body and mind.
What to bring:
A yoga mat (if you have one), cozy clothing, and anything that helps you relax: blankets, socks, or a small pillow.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and settling in.
