You’ll then settle into stillness for a soothing Sound Bath. Crystal bowls and therapeutic vibrations create a meditative soundscape designed to ease stress, balance emotions, and guide you into a state of inner harmony.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow this calming blend of movement and sound to restore your body and mind.
