💫 What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the myofascial meridian system. With longer-held poses and supported stretches, we’ll target the body’s deeper tissues, release tension, and create spaciousness — in body, mind, and energy.

Simone, a certified Level 2 Yoga Teacher with advanced Yin training, will guide you with loving attention, offering modifications and support so you feel safe, held, and fully nurtured throughout your practice.
