About your Guide: India Douglass is a nurturer. She has spent over a decade moving bodies safely and thoughtfully — as a yoga and Pilates instructor at Michigan State University's Student Recreation and Wellness Center, and as a Human Resources professional supporting the students and part-time staff who keep MSU running. Whether she's guiding someone through a pose or through a hiring process, India's work has always centered on the same thing: creating space for people to feel truly held and well. A wife and mom, she's deeply grateful to do work that lets her care for people in every direction; at home, on the mat, and in the workplace.
