What is a YIKE? Experience yoga combined with a hike, with Marilyn a certified yoga instructor. You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 3-mile hike. Yoga will be the focus along the trail as you energize the body, relieve tightness, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water, and packable mat. Park in the main parking lot and walk up to meet at the Visitors Center
