YEOMEN OF THE GUARD in concert @Gilbert & Sullivan Society of New York

The White Plains Savoyards, led by Robbie Harris, visit the Gilbert & Sullivan Society of NY to present a concert performance of The Yeomen of the Guard. Set in the Tower of London during Tudor times, confusion ensues when a condemned prisoner escapes, crossing paths with a strolling jester and his lady partner. A change of pace from the usual G&S Topsy-turvydom, the more serious story is still laced with humor.
The audience is invited to sing the choruses.
Pearl Studios NYC, 500 Eighth Avenue, 3rd floor, requires everyone to show identification when entering the building. ADMISSION IS FREE but attendees are invited to become members of the Society. Basic dues $40/year. NO RESERVATIONS
