WHO: Uniformed members of Company "A", 69th Regiment NYSV (Also long-time friends of Company "A" with respectable impressions that conform to the standards set forth below are welcome to march with us. Please contact us through this page if interested. We have 16 spaces available.)
WHAT: New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade
WHEN: 0900 17 March 2026
WHERE: 69th Regiment Armory at the corner of East 25th Street and Lexington Avenue at 0900. We will then proceed to East 44th Street and 5th Avenue and join with the 69th Regimental Headquarters by no later than 1030 hours.
HOW: Providing a Civil War era color guard for the 69th Regimental Headquarters portraying the 69th Regiment, NYSV circa 1861
WHY: To honor the 69th Regiment's Irish Heritage.
NOTES: Members of Company "A" will march in an 1861 impression as this will be the 165th Anniversary Year. Uniform will be New York State Jacket, sky blue trousers, forage caps; NO corps badges, Ordnance Equipments, Haversack, Canteen and white gloves. Arms will be 1842 Musket with Bayonet. In the event of cold weather, bring your great coat.
Although non-military members of the Association and family members cannot march with us they are invited to the post-parade festivities.
SUGGESTIONS: Plan on an early arrival to avoid traffic.
