Global Shapers Edmonton is thrilled to invite you to our highly anticipated fifth annual clothing swap event!
Invite your friends & bring up to 10 of your pre-loved items to share and swap.
Date: Saturday, October 3
Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Cushing House, YWCA Edmonton at 10412 124 Street NW
Admission: $10 entry with the event proceeds going to Waste Free Edmonton to help amplify their mission to significantly reduce the amount of waste created in Edmonton by stopping it at the source.
How It Works:
Bring up to 10 gently-used clothing items from your closet, and in return, you get to choose 10 new-to-you items to take home!
We are also looking for people who are willing to drop-off their clothing items ahead of time on September 26th. Selected people will be allowed to enter the event at 9:30 AM and get a head start on swapping. Please send an email to [email protected] if you are interested.
BRING:
- Up to 10 items of gently used men's, women's or unisex clothing.
- Any season, shirts, dresses, pants, jeans, shoes or accessories.
- All sizes including plus.
- Your own reusable bags.
DON'T BRING:
- More than 10 items.
- Overly damaged, stained clothing.
- Undergarments, swimsuits, nightwear, scrubs, maternity, kids clothing.
