Join us for the next edition of Yellowbelly 101, our free monthly workshop series designed to help actors thrive. This month, we are thrilled to host Belinda Mello, a premier New York City-based Alexander Technique teacher, movement specialist, and acting coach. As actors, it is so easy to let nerves, overthinking, or hidden physical tension get in the way of our best work—especially when a camera is pointed right at us.
