I am an Iranian singer, and for me, music has never been simply a profession. It is a part of who I am , a connection to my roots, my memories, and the places and people I carry with me wherever I go.
I have lived away from Iran for many years, and throughout that time, music has always been my closest way of returning home. A familiar melody can bring back a place, a moment, or a feeling we thought we had left behind.
Throughout my journey as an artist, I have performed in several languages, including Persian and Turkish. This has taught me one of the things I love most about music: it has no borders. A song can connect people, cultures, and generations without needing an explanation.
Now, for the first time in Geneva, I am very happy to present Persian Nostalgia Night with Yashna ,an intimate evening of live music celebrating the timeless songs and melodies that many of us grew up with, fell in love to, cried to, and built memories around.
For me, this is more than a concert. It is a journey through memories , from the heart of Geneva back to Iran, through music.
I hope you will join me for a beautiful evening where we can sing together, remember together, and, even if only for a few hours, feel a little closer to home.
