About the Program
The Yamaha Primary Course is a group-based programme where children develop a strong musical foundation through the three key elements of music: rhythm, melody, and harmony.
In this engaging session, your child will experience:
- Singing and listening activities
- Rhythm and coordination exercises
- Introduction to keyboard playing
- Playing together in simple group ensembles
At this age, children are highly receptive to sound and can develop a strong sense of pitch and musical awareness. Early exposure helps build not only musical ability, but also concentration, coordination, and confidence.
Learning in a group setting also encourages teamwork, as children listen to one another, play in time, and experience making music together, developing both musical and social skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Things To Note
- A parent or guardian is required to join in for this program
- This course is only for children aged 4 to 5.5 years old.
- One ticket is for 1 parent + 1 child.
- This is a trial lesson.
