Relevant Deadlines:
October 16: Institutional registration, team information due.
October 23: Judge information due.
October 25: Deadline for final registration changes and updates to names of debaters.
October 28: Deadline for team drops. After this, there is a drop fee of $90 per team.
October 28, 11:59 PM: Payment deadline.
October 29, 12:00 AM: Fees freeze. Drops after this point will not be refunded except in case of emergencies.
