Y2K Pop Ride Chicago: Throwback Cycling & Glow Social
Turn down the lights.
Turn up the throwback energy.
Y2K Pop Ride Chicago is a small-group indoor cycling event inspired by the playful pop culture and bright visual style of the late ’90s and early 2000s.
The evening begins with bike setup and a short safety orientation before moving into a 45-minute instructor-led cycling session.
After the ride, guests cool down and stay for a relaxed studio social with a confirmed zero-proof beverage option.
No previous indoor cycling experience is required.
This event is independently produced and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any recording artist, record label, tour, or entertainment brand.
The Ride
The cycling portion uses the studio’s standard instructor-led format.
Guests ride at their own effort level and control their own resistance.
The instructor may guide:
seated riding;
resistance climbs;
short speed intervals;
optional standing sections;
recovery periods.
Standing riding is optional.
You may reduce resistance, remain seated, or stop participating whenever needed.
Y2K-Inspired Music
The soundtrack is inspired by late-’90s and 2000s pop culture.
The final playlist will be handled through the studio’s normal music setup and confirmed instructor process.
The public event listing will not use artist names, lyrics, album artwork, tour branding, or language that implies an official tribute or endorsement.
Glow Atmosphere
The “glow” element comes from venue-approved lighting and event styling.
No glow bracelet, wearable accessory, merchandise item, or promotional gift is included with registration.
Any temporary lighting brought into the studio must be approved by the venue in advance and must not interfere with instructor visibility, safe bike setup, exits, or participant movement.
After-Ride Social
After the cycling portion, guests stay for a short low-key social.
Eligible in-person tickets may include one confirmed non-alcoholic beverage if Push Indoor Cycling approves the beverage setup.
The final menu will only be added after venue confirmation.
The listing does not claim that any beverage improves hydration, athletic performance, recovery, mood, or health.
