About this Event
By now, many of you will have heard that due to organisational restructures, Y-Change will be coming to a close at Berry Street Yooralla at the end of 2026. While we are deeply saddened to be farewelling this chapter, we are incredibly proud of everything Y-Change has achieved and the influence it has had on young people, services, and systems over the years.
We'd love you to join us for an evening of connection, celebration and reflection. We believe endings are just as important as beginnings, and this gathering is an opportunity to pause, celebrate how far we've come, and honour the people, relationships and contributions that have shaped Y-Change.
Together, we'll reflect on Y-Change's impact, reconnect with old friends and colleagues, share memories and acknowledge the many incredible young people, partners and supporters who have been part of the journey along the way.
Enjoy delicious food, non-alcoholic beverages, activites, a photo booth and plenty of opportunities to connect with the wider Y-Change community.
