Join us at the Xenia YMCA for Fall into Health, a community health fair designed to help you feel informed, supported, and ready for a healthy season ahead.Stop by on Saturday, October 24 from 12:00–4:00 PM for class demos, food trucks, local vendors, and helpful health resources for the whole community.
Kettering Health will be onsite offering free A1C and blood pressure screenings, a diabetes education booth with valuable resources, and fall risk screenings to help community members stay healthy, informed, and safe.
This free community event is a great opportunity to connect with local health and wellness partners, learn more about your health, and enjoy an afternoon at the Y.
