Anthony Franciosa (THE DROWNING POOL, DEATH WISH II) stars as Peter Neal, an American horror writer on a promotional tour in Italy with his literary agent when a string of grisly serial murders takes place that appears to be inspired by his novels. A cast of genre favorites such as Daria Nicolodi and John Saxon soon make appearances as authorities race to find the elusive killer.
