Wuyamu Yoga Presents: Fall Reset- Movement, Music & Mindfulness with acclaimed Instructor Pilin Anice
The Mashantucket Pequot Museum is proud to feature our Wuyamu Yoga experience in the beautiful glass encased Gathering Space, offering breath taking panoramic views of the cedar woodland landscape with mindfulness and wellness expert, Pilin Anice.
Join us to find balance in the new season with a joyful restorative wellness experience that blends breathing, yoga, and dance with live percussion to release stagnant energy, awaken the body, and reconnect with the heart.
The experience flows into an introduction to Ayurveda, exploring simple self-care rituals to support the body and mind through the shifting seasons. We’ll close with a mindful nature walkon the Pequot Trail, inviting you to slow down, reconnect with yourself to find ease, presence, and balance.
This experience is accessible for all levels, no prior yoga or meditation experience is required. Participants may bring their own mats, towels, props, and water.
