Where can I park? What are my transit options?
You can park at UCLA Parking Structure 3 (P3) off of Charles E. Young Drive in the green visitor parking on the lower level. Write down your license plate number and use it at the pay machines near the stairs/elevators.
The nearest bus stop is at Hilgard/Wyton.
Is there a dress code?
Business Casual dress code is recommended.
Is my registration/ticket refundable or transferrable?
Your registration/ticket is only transferrable to another WTS member. Please contact the WTS-LA Membership Chair Yolanda Baber at [email protected] / [email protected] for WTS membership questions.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.
