Over many weeks now we’ve removed tons of overgrowth and dirt from the parking lot and curb areas under the West Seattle Bridge, most recently with the help of SDOT and Nucor Steel. It’s tough work but it’s looking amazing where we’ve removed the invasives and then the dirt, and it should prove to cut down on the perennial overgrowth down there. We’ll continue Tuesday down through the columns towards the Chelan Cafe. We should only have a visit or two left to get a bulk of the big dirt up, and then we’ll call in for help to remove the piles.Parking & Meet-Up
There is parking under the bridge just east of Avalon Way and Harbor Ave. or park in between the seies of columns between east and westbound lanes of Spokane St. Just look for the van and pull in around us. I’ll have my phone on me if you need to reach out at 206-852-9552 (Erik)
