About this Event
Writing the Offer
Write offers that are complete, competitive, and built to win.
A seller reads your offer in about three minutes. In that time, they decide whether it's worth taking seriously.
Most agents can write an offer. Fewer can write one that is clean, complete, and competitive, and then make the call that sets their buyer apart before the seller ever compares terms.
This session is about building that skill... not just filling in blanks, but knowing what to gather before you write, how to compete against multiple offers, and how to protect your buyer's position without giving away their ceiling.
Whether you've written 20 offers or 2,000, you'll walk away with a sharper offer strategy, cleaner paperwork, and more confidence when the deal gets competitive.
