About this Event
Release and let it go in an event designed to blend wellness and creative destruction. In a 90s-themed wreck room, you'll play with the art of deconstruction, breaking things apart like an animal. Then hop into a Finnish-style sauna and dunk in a cold plunge for that settled feeling. When you're feeling tranquil, follow simple guided instructions to turn your broken pieces into something cool you can take home. It's a unique way to process and nurture your creative side.
Wreck and Effects is a gritty, thrilling, and artistic wreck-room experience that focuses on self-expression, individuality, and the art of making beauty from brokenness.
Sauna Cleveland is the city's first mobile sauna, bringing rest, recovery, and revelry to everyone.
