WPB GreenMarket Pop-Up Workshop: Artisan Cheese Pairings

This year’s GreenMarket theme is “The World, Right Here,” and this workshop takes it around the world one bite at a time. Frank Verner, owner of The Cheese Shoppe and a familiar face at the Market every Saturday, will guide you through a tasting of artisan cheeses from Europe and beyond. You’ll learn where each cheese comes from, how it’s made, what gives it its flavor, and which accompaniments bring out its best.
