At the meeting we'll look back on the 2026 season, elect officers for the year ahead, and agree the strategy for taking the club forward. This is the members' chance to shape how the club is run, so please come along.
⏰ DEADLINE: SUNDAY 8 NOVEMBER
• Team captain nominations go to the Secretary, each with a proposer and seconder. If a team has no nomination, the executive committee will decide.
• Items for discussion go in writing to the Chairman or Secretary.
There is no AOB, so anything you want discussed must be submitted by the 8th.
