About this Event
In conjunction with the fiifth year anniversary Oliver's Bourbon Club, we are hosting a spirts tasting and seminar at Hydraulic Hearth on 10/8 at 2:30p. Here at Hydraulic we have amassed the largest selction of rum in Buffalo, and are honored to welcome our friends from Worthy Park Estate as they walk us through the history of Jamican Rum and their specific take on the distillation process.
The seminar will be accompanied by a flight of 4 rums to show how aging and source materials can afffect the overall taste, and to highlight just how multi-faceted rum can be. Following the Seminar, the bar will feature a one night only Tiki menu featuring Worthy Park products, hosted by Hydraulic's Danny Dispo and Oliver's Mike Ciancio.
