We're here on Worthing beach every Saturday for community, women's and private sauna sessions. Our community sauna sessions on a Saturday tend to be at 9.00, 13.00, 17.00 & 18.00. Our women's sauna is at 11.00 and private sessions are available between 10.00-18.30.
Our new larger sauna now has capacity for 8 people. Children welcome age 5 up when accompanied by an adult.
We have passes available for 6 community / women's sessions for the price of 5, bookable through the website.

We are also open on Fridays and Sundays for community, women's and private sauna sessions; all available dates are on the website. Timings can change depending on seasonal holidays.
