Through hands-on self-defense training, situational awareness, and biblical encouragement, we'll explore what it means to be strong, confident, and worth defending.
No experience necessary! All fitness levels are welcome.
**A GREATER PURPOSE**
This January, I'll be traveling to Belize to serve alongside Koinonia Ministries, where I'll have the opportunity to teach self-defense, self-esteem, and biblical encouragement during a special women's retreat.
For many of these women, attending a retreat like this is a rare and meaningful opportunity.
Proceeds from this workshop will first support my mission trip expenses through REVO Church. Any additional funds raised will help provide supplies, resources, and other needs for the women's retreat.
