Founded in 2020, World Whiskey Society was created with a singular pursuit: seek out rare, distinctive and unconventional whiskies from around the world, then push them further through unique maturation, finishing and limited releases.
From exceptional aged American bourbon to exotic cask finishes and highly collectible small-production releases, WWS has quickly earned a reputation for creating bottles that are anything but ordinary.
On November 12th, Mission Control invites you inside the World Whiskey Society.
This intimate guided tasting will explore one of WWS’s most distinctive collections, Doc Holliday, a series inspired by one of the most fascinating figures of the American West.

🥃 Doc Holliday Maple
A sweeter introduction to the collection, bringing maple-driven richness to the unmistakable frontier character of the Doc Holliday lineup.
🥃 Doc Holliday 8 Year Straight Bourbon
Eight years of maturation bring together caramel, spice, chocolate, tobacco and oak in one of the cornerstone expressions of the collection.
🥃 Friends of Doc Holliday
A 96-proof blend of 4–8 year bourbons created around the community, stories and personalities that keep the legend of the American West alive.
🥃 Doc Holliday 12 Year Tawny Port Barrel
A mature 12-year Kentucky straight bourbon finished in Tawny Port cask, layering deep fruit and wine-cask richness over mature bourbon character.
🥃 World Whiskey Society Special Limited Pour
One final pour reserved for the evening — a special limited WWS expression selected to give guests a glimpse into the rare and unconventional releases that define the Society.
Throughout the evening, we’ll explore the whiskey, the casks and the stories behind a collection inspired by a man who became one of the enduring legends of the American frontier.
