About this Event
World Prematurity Day: Charity Sound Bath at Fareham Methodist Church on 19th November
Join us in person for a soothing Sound Bath event supporting Ickle Pickles. Let's come together to raise awareness on World Prematurity Day through healing sounds and good vibes. It's a perfect chance to unwind, connect, and contribute to a great cause. Don't miss out on this relaxing experience that makes a real difference!
Once a year, I host a charity sound bath for a cause close to my heart. This November, we will gather in recognition of World Prematurity Day, observed on 15 November, to raise funds for The Ickle Pickles Charity https://www.icklepickles.org/our-work/
Settle down, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls. This is your invitation to pause, unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment while supporting a precious cause. No previous sound bath experience is needed.
Ickle Pickles raises money for vital equipment used in neonatal units to care for premature and sick newborn babies. From incubators that help keep babies warm to ventilators that support their breathing, this equipment helps neonatal teams care for some of the smallest and most vulnerable lives.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket so you can rest comfortably. An eye mask and a bottle of water are also recommended.
Come for a moment of calm. Come to show your support. Together, we can help make a difference to tiny lives.
All tickets include a 60-minute guided sound journey designed to support deep rest, healing, and emotional release.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the entrance door will be locked once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible.
