World Percussion Series: Indigenous Rhythms

This session turns attention to the percussion traditions of Indigenous cultures, honoring the deep and varied history of rhythm as a form of storytelling, ceremony, and connection.

Led by Charlie Gilbert, GEC's Music Director, this class offers a respectful, hands-on introduction to these traditions for all skill levels. Come with an open mind and leave with a broader understanding of how rhythm carries culture forward.
