For one night only, legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings together culinary talent from seven Nobu destinations around the world for World of NOBU, a landmark celebration at Nobu Bangkok, the world's highest Nobu restaurant.
Taking over the 57th-floor Event Terrace at EA Rooftop at The Empire, the evening brings together chefs from Nobu Bangkok, Dubai, One Za'abeel, by the Beach, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, each presenting signature creations at dedicated chef-led stations. Guests can embark on a global culinary journey through different interpretations of Nobu's celebrated Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, with an opportunity to meet Chef Nobu Matsuhisa himself.
Complementing the experience are specially selected Nobu sakes, available with the Food & Sake Package, alongside a live band from 7pm to 9pm and a DJ to keep the celebrations going against sweeping views of Bangkok's skyline.
