A Journey through World Music and Sounds of the Universe with Bijay Shrestha (Sitar & Tabla), Taragápe (Handpan) and Brian Dickinson (Gongs)About this Event
Join us for a special experience immersed in sound from instruments from around the world: Sitar, Tabla, Handpan, Gongs, Flute, Guitar, Voice, and more!
Doors open at 6:15pm - please arrive a bit early so we may begin at 6:30pm
We will begin with a Cacao Offering to settle in and connect more with our hearts. There will be an option to have a heart supporting sparkling water Reishi Rose Vanilla Elixir.
Cacao is natural vasodilator--physically supporting circulation and our hearts, literally opening up the arteries so more blood flows within our hearts.
Then we will lie down to be immersed in music and vibration to relax, listen, and be go on a journey through sound. As we are immersed in the cosmic ocean of sound; these vibrations massage each cell of our body and calm our nervous systems.
The harmonic resonance created by these special instruments allow us to easily drop into a blissful, peaceful state of relaxation. When we are deeply relaxed, our systems can begin to heal ourselves.
We are mostly made of water and the vibrations activate the fluids in our bodies, opening channels, and moves them into where they are needed. This can activate a powerful healing response.
