Join Mind in Salford & Rainbow Mind Greater Manchester on Thursday 8 October 2026, 6-8PM, for a free poetry workshop exploring this year's World Mental Health Day theme: "Lived Experiences: Real Stories, Real Change".
This in-person event with poet, Keith's Brother, invites you to share your own story, listen to others, and collaborate creatively to craft new poems that reflect our collective journeys. Together, we will celebrate the power of real stories to spark change, connect us & help us see things from new perspectives.
No previous writing experience required & all materials will be provided.
Come ready to express, connect, and be part of a supportive community using poetry as a tool for understanding.
