THE RING. THE RIVALRY. THE LEGACY.
Get ready for an unforgettable display of strength, skill, strategy and tradition as World Elite Sumo takes center stage!
Watch elite heavyweight competitors step into the ring and battle with explosive power, impressive technique and incredible intensity. From the ceremonial opening stomp to the final push, every match delivers a new moment you won’t want to miss.
Sumo is about more than size. It takes balance, timing, technique, strategy and physical strength to outmaneuver an opponent and send them across the ring. In a sport where a match can be decided in seconds, every movement matters.
World Elite Sumo brings the spirit of one of the world's oldest combat traditions to a modern global audience, blending authentic sumo culture, elite international athletes, cinematic production and larger-than-life entertainment. Every entrance, clash and championship moment is designed to capture the power, discipline, honor and legacy behind the sport.
From Madison Square Garden to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, WES has delivered unforgettable nights of combat, culture and spectacle to fans across America. Now, the ancient spirit of sumo meets a new era of live entertainment, creating an experience powerful enough for die-hard fight fans and immersive enough for audiences discovering sumo for the first time.
THE POWER. THE LEGACY. THE NEW ERA.
World Elite Sumo is more than a sports event. It’s a global entertainment movement inspired by tradition and built for the modern world.
