About Zeena
Zeena Quinn’s World Dance classes are based on learning coordination, motivating the
brain, dance techniques, and therefore, mind-body transformation. By creating a
supportive system, participants discover themselves in their own way via dance.
Participants will work upper and lower body, cardio and mostly rhythms & coordination.
One will understand and learn to identify the different rhythms while having fun!
Zeena has a lifetime of experience in dance, professional performance, choreography,
teaching, as well as, in fitness and resistance training.
Zeena has toured the Bay Area presenting a variety of American swing, Charlston, hip hop, disco, line dances, and international dance styles such as Bollywood, Afro-Brazilian/Samba, Flamenco, and European and Eastern Folk. These authentic dance techniques demonstrate how our body is an instrument. Because of her extensive range of dance training, she brings the authenticity of technique into her vibrant teaching style.
Come take a trip around theworld! Comfortable clothes and worn shoes that tie. No Hoka or hiking shoes please.
