• Ensalada de Nopales (Cactus Salad)
• Guacamole/Tortilla chips
• Tamales with Black Beans and Cheese/Tomatillo salsa
• Arrachera (Skirt Steak)
• Arroz Rojo (Red Rice)
• Frijoles Pinto Refritos (Refried Pinto Beans)
• Rajas con Elote (Roasted Poblano with Corn)
• Cebolla Morada Encurtida (Pickled Red Onions)

• As this is an interactive classroom where students are graded on these specific dishes, meal packages will be offered with no substitutions
