World Conference on Business and Management

The World Conference on Business and Management (WCBM) is an international interdisciplinary academic conference bringing together scholars, researchers, and industry professionals to examine emerging transformations shaping global business and society.

The theme of this edition, “AI Industrial Revolution, Human, and Humanity,” explores how artificial intelligence is redefining industries, decision-making, work structures, and human-centered business practices. The conference provides a global platform to discuss the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI-driven transformation across business and management fields.

Organized by the People & Global Business Association (P&GBA), WCBM fosters academic exchange, collaboration, and forward-looking dialogue on the future relationship between technology, organizations, and humanity.
