About this Event

------ IN ENGLISH

With Isabelle Moro, Dance Educator®, Dancer

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, meaning “to unite,” “to bind,” or “to yoke.” It refers to the integration and balance between body, mind, and spirit.

Dance is an art form through which the body learns to understand itself and interact with space, gravity, music, and others.

What might happen if we explored the common ground between these two worlds?

Through play, improvisation, and listening, we will explore and experience both practices together.
