This gathering aligns with the energy of the monthly full moon and designed for release, renewal, inner healing and connection. You will be guided through a somatic ceremony including meditation, deep introspection, shadow work and somatic release work including a warm SOMAMVMNT practice, breathwork and intention setting. This monthly ceremony is open to all, offering a safe and nurturing space to pause, reflect, and realign with the rhythms of nature.
