About this Event

Join us for this interactive workshop presented by the Things Employment Law Team on navigating inclusivity in the modern workplace from inclusive hiring, hours and hybrid working to managing performance, absence and tackling increasingly common ‘AI grievances’.

We will explore getting the best from a cross-generational and neurodiverse workforce and how to navigate the tricky issues that arrive at your door including making reasonable adjustments, managing absence effectively, current issues concerning flexible/hybrid working, and tackling AI generated grievances.


We will also touch upon the impact of incoming Employment Rights Act provisions concerning Trade Union Access and Third Party Harassment, with updates on any other noteworthy Employment Law developments and interesting Employment Tribunal cases.

About our speakers:

Kerrie is Head of the Employment & Immigration Team with extensive experience in advising on all aspects of her clients’ HR and People strategies. Carey provides practical advice on the full range of employment law issues, including management of capability and ill health issues, redundancy and collective consultations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, employment tribunal litigation and protecting confidential information and trade secrets. Carey is also experienced in drafting contracts of employment and policies and procedures.

Natalie advises across a wide variety of sectors, covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a view to offering clients’ senior management and HR teams proactive advice and improved risk management for their businesses. Natalie advises extensively on management of capability and ill health issues, redundancy and collective consultations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, employment tribunal litigation and outsourcing issues. She regularly provides corporate support work on acquisitions and disposals involving TUPE.
