Come along and listen to a story in the woods then explore story themed-games and activities at Foxglove Covert!Join us this October and step into the woods for a magical hour of storytelling and outdoor play at Foxglove Covert!
Each session begins with an cosy woodland tale before bringing it to life with themed, hands-on play activities hidden among the trees.
Our story sessions are perfect for children aged 18 months to 7 years (although older children are more than welcome!)
Please meet at the Field Centre at least 10 minutes before the event starts, and be mindful that the Field Centre is around a 15-minute walk from the carpark. Please present your booking confirmation upon arrival at the Field Centre.
Each session is around 1-hour long and runs from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
Each child must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the session. Please make sure to wear weather-appropriate clothing!
And, while dogs on leads are usually welcome around the nature reserve, please do not bring them along to this event so as to give children plenty of room to roam and play.
