Wood Shop Tool Training 2 - Morning Schedule

Our space includes a complete wood shop for members to use for professional or personal projects. Each class in this series will teach how to safely and effectively use a specific group of tools accessible in the wood shop. Students will be instructed in operating and maintenance procedures, appropriate technique, and wood shop etiquette. Members must demonstrate safe use of these tools to be certified to use them in our space.

Tool Trainings in the wood shop do not need to be taken in sequence. Class 2 will cover the jointer and planer.

• Other Tool Trainings in the wood shop can be taken in any order!

• Successful completion of this course will result in certification of Technocopia members to independently use the tools directly covered in the course.
• This class is only available to students ages 18 or over.
• Please visit https://technocopia.org/directions for more information about getting to and parking around Technocopia.

For alternate class times (morning / evening) and project based classes look at our Woodshop Class Collection.
