About this Event
The Illinois State Museum is excited to bring the Wonderclubs program to the Springfield State Historic Sites! Youth in grades pre-K-Fifth grade can join us at the Old State Capitol for fun, hands-on science experiments and activities. We will have different activities in each session, so please feel free to sign up for multiple sessions.
Please note: A responsible adult must attend the program with the child.
Please meet us on the fourth floor (ground floor, first historic floor) of the Old State Capitol at 4:00 on the selected day to begin your Wonderclubs adventure! If the group is large, we will divide into smaller groups based on grade level to ensure everyone gets a chance to participate.
Accessibility: A wheelchair accessible ramp to enter the Old State Capitol is available on the south (Adams Street) side of the building. Once inside, there is an elevator to travel between floors. The building has accessible restrooms, including a Family Restroom, for your convenience.
