Enjoy a fun-filled, supportive day designed for all abilities — whether you’re new to paddling or a regular on the water.

? Briefing at 9am
The triathlon includes:
• Paddleboarding or kayaking to start the day
• Followed by a 5K run, jog, or walk
• Finishing with a swim — choose your distance: 500m, 1km, or 2km
Take it entirely at your own pace — it’s all about encouragement, confidence, and celebrating what you can achieve together! ?
? The day wraps up around 1pm with a friendly presentation ceremony to celebrate everyone’s achievements.
