Women’s Exercise/Children’s Play- Open Gym

Come join us for our group exercise class each Thursday from 10-11:15 at the stake center. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, smiles and have fun . Children are invited to come play in the gym while you exercise.
