This Women’s De-Armouring Circle is a space for somatic healing, emotional release and deep reconnection in a safe, supportive space.
About this Event

Many of us learned to suppress our emotions to stay safe. But over time, this can leave us disconnected from our feelings, our vitality, and our capacity to love and be loved.

These monthly circles are a chance to come home to your body. Together, we’ll create a nourishing space for:

  • Releasing held emotion and trauma
  • Opening the heart with compassion
  • Reconnecting with your authentic expression
  • Reawakening sexual and creative energy
  • Restoring emotional and energetic flow

Each session includes sound, movement, TRE-style exercises, self-touch, and hands-on healing from me.

Upcoming dates:

Saturday 18 April (The Pleasure Series)

Saturday 6 June (The Nervous System Series)
