Please note: this is a women’s-only event.
Join us for a heart-opening evening of connection, reflection and deep nourishment. Together we’ll sit in circle, share (only if you wish), sip herbal tea, pick oracle cards and drop into a grounding meditation to settle into the space. Each monthly circle will be themed to a relevant time of the year or moon cycle.
We’ll also enjoy various activities such as a drumming session or mandala making. We like to get creative and commune together. Drumming assists in connecting with our inner rhythms, release old energy and experience the powerful sense of unity that drumming brings. No experience is needed. If you prefer not to drum, rattles will be available, and spare drums/rattles can be borrowed—please reach out if you need one.
Drumming is a safe and gentle practice, but may not be suitable if you have a pacemaker.
This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with your own spirit, your community and the earth’s natural rhythms.
