Last month, under the full moon, we gathered to release what no longer serves and step into the power of I AM.

This month, we continue the journey.:

Clear. Discern. Prepare.

• Clear → what feels complete, cluttered, or heavy
• Discern → what is actually true vs. habit, fear, or conditioning
• Prepare → what wants to be planted next (without forcing it yet)

This is an invitation to come back…
to yourself,
to your truth,
and to a circle of women walking this path alongside you.

Together, we’ll move through a Powerful yet Gentle Holding On Ritual, supporting you in honoring your needs, your voice, and your inner knowing.

These gatherings are not one-off experiences.
They are a rhythm. A space to land. A place to be witnessed over time.

All circles are intentionally kept small and intimate (max of 12 women)
to create safety, depth, and space for every voice to be heard.

There is something deeply powerful that happens when women come together with open hearts and clear intention. Circle reminds us that we are not alone, that our stories matter, and that there is a place where we can soften and be seen exactly as we are.

This space is not about fixing each other or offering advice. Instead, it is a space of deep listening and witnessing, where every woman is honored in her experience.

Whether you are celebrating, grieving, questioning, or simply curious — you are welcome here.

Together we will reflect, reset, and create space for what is ready to grow.

This gathering blends community sharing, somatic practices, and gentle ritual to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

During our time together we will explore: (each circle is is mix of different modalites, please to refer to agenda for this. months magic)

• Somatic centering exercises to settle the nervous system and help you arrive fully
• Guided journaling prompts for self-reflection
• Gentle breathwork practices to move and release emotional energy
• Sound healing to deepen relaxation and connection within the circle
• Ritual release & embodiment practices
• A closing meditation and integration

No prior experience with breathwork, coaching, or women's circles is needed. Simply come as you are. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

As a somatic relationship coach, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer, I weave these practices together to create spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and release what they’ve been carrying.

These circles blend breath, sound, and nervous system awareness to help women return to their truth, their voice, and themselves.

You’ll be welcomed into a cozy, intentional space with tea and gentle connection.

Info: We’ll gather together to set the container—grounding into presence, sharing names, and opening the space with intention.

Info: Gentle movement and breathwork to fully arrive.

Info: Time to reflect, integrate, and put words to what’s moving within you.
Sharing is always optional and always honored. How to embody our boundaries not just speak them.

Info: Sink into stillness as sound supports your nervous system in integrating the experience. Let yourself be held.

Info: We’ll gently close the formal container.

Info: Stay awhile… sip, connect, and land softly back into the world.
