About this Event
If you host short-term rentals in Denver, you already know: it can be a pretty solo gig. The late-night messages, the calendar management, the guest surprises. Most of it happens quietly, on your own. There's a whole community of people doing exactly what you're doing, just a few miles away, and most of us never cross paths.
That's what this happy hour is for.
Mile High Hosts, the Denver metro chapter of COSTRA (Colorado Short-Term Rental Association), is kicking off summer with an evening made for the people actually doing this work. Hosts, co-hosts, property managers, and industry folks, all at one of Denver's favorite outdoor spots, with cold drinks and the kind of conversation that only happens when everyone in the room gets it. Come as you are.
What to expect:
- 1 complimentary drink ticket per attendee (beer, wine, cocktail, or non-alcoholic)
- Light bites, first come, first served, so arrive hungry
- A brief board intro and thank-you moment around 6:30 PM
- A low-key optional mixer activity to make it easy to meet people without the awkward "so what do you do" loop
- Casual conversation with your STR community: the people who actually understand your world
- Full food menu available for purchase from RiNo Beer Garden
Tickets & RSVPs
RSVP is required for all attendees. There are no walk-ins, even for members.

- Want to bring a friend? Each member can bring one guest for free. Just forward your registration details so they can sign up separately.
