About this Event
The Summer Solstice represents a powerful time for women to celebrate femininity, fertility, and inner strength, acting as a moment of maximum, vibrant energy. It symbolizes a pause to embrace growth, manifest intentions, and honor the Divine Feminine.
This is a gentle, grounded space for women to come together in prescence, connection, and reverence for one another.
These circles are not about fixing, analysing, or forcing anything to move. They are about being. Being witnessed, being heard, and being met exactly as you are.
Each circle begins with a gentle arrival and introductions, followed by intention setting to help you tune into what you’d like from the space. You’ll then be guided through a Reiki meditation called the Holy Love Experience, where you can lie down, relax, and receive.
This meditation works in a deeply personal way, the energy meets you exactly where you are and supports whatever healing, clarity, or inner shift is most helpful for you at this time.
Afterward, there is time for optional sharing, along with space for quiet integration through reflection or a simple grounding activity. We close the circle together before easing back into conversation and saying our goodbyes (for now).
As a Midwife, I bring years of experience holding women through deeply vulnerable and transformational moments. That experience informs the way I hold space: with care, safety, sensitivity, and deep respect for whatever may be present. Whether that be joy, rest, emotion, or simply the need to sit quietly among women.
Alongside my work as a midwife, I am also a Reiki Master and Kundalini Facilitator, which supports the way I hold space. My spaces are attuned, grounded, and deeply respectful of each woman's nervous system and boundaries.
My Women's Circles are for all women, in all seasons of life. You are welcome exactly as you are.
✨️ We will be downstairs in The Snug and the doors will be locked at 13:45 - There will be no entry past this time.
✨️ There is space for changing, toilets and making tea at the studio.
✨️ The studio is footwear free and space is provided at the entrance for shoes (please bring socks if you wish to wear them).
✨️ Mats, Bolsters and Blankets are provided.
