Women's Winter Heathland Walk

Spending time in nature is known to support wellbeing, and this walk aims to help participants feel more confident enjoying these benefits.

This women‑only event offers a relaxed introduction to Canford Heath's special landscape that is right on our doorstep.

Led by our friendly female rangers, there will be plenty of spots to stop, look around, and chat about nature and wildlife with like-minded people.

This event is open to any adults who identify as women, and we also welcome non-binary individuals who feel comfortable in a women’s only space.
